FAQ

What can I expect from my counseling experience?

The counseling experience provides a safe space for you to process your clinical needs in a confidential setting with an experienced clinician. You can expect to meet with your therapist as therapeutically needed, starting with weekly sessions before moving to bi-weekly and monthly meetings. Sessions will focus on your needs as a client which can vary week to week, with a quarterly review of treatment goals to assess progress.

Do you take insurance?

No. Planted Hope is a self-pay only practice. We are not in network with any insurance plans.

Are you able to prescribe medications?

No. However, if you and your therapist determine medication is necessary, your therapist can refer you to a medication prescriber or your Primary Care Physician (PCP). Once referred, your therapist  can provide you with a Release of Information (ROI) via your client portal to have completed by other health care providers, in order to coordinate treatment.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes. Your confidentiality is top priority here at Planted Hope. We are dedicated to establishing a therapeutic rapport rooted in trust and professionalism.
